Cycle - 4 hours - 10/17/2009
Eight started this week’s DPNC ride and planned for a shorter ride with a stop at the club hill climb championships at White Lane. I broke off at the bottom of Cudham Lane and did my own steady paced solo ride. Interval sessions during the week meant my legs still weren’t at full strength but I could comfortably sit at 80-85% on the hills.
